Wow, the holiday season just blew right by us this year! We had a lot of fun, and celebrated with all our friends and family. Christmas this year was so magical. Cash is Santa's biggest #1 fan. There are no words to explain how much I love experiencing the world through his eyes. Charley was the sweet heart she always has been, she gets more and more fun everyday!
We kicked off the season with a trip up to Temple Square with my Mom, Kristen, and Karac. We went to dinner at the Olive Garden, Shopping and the Rack, and finally ended up on the train.

Next we had the "Laycock Christmas Party"
Cory's side of the family really knows how to party. He Aunts and cousins really put a lot of time and effort into planning it, and it's always a blast.

Charley wanted nothing to do with Santa this year:( She was fine from a distance but did NOT want to sit on his lap! She did want the present he brought for her though:)
Cash on the other hand had NO problem with Santa. He loved every second of it. He told him that he had been a very good boy, and told him all things he wanted for Christmas. Including "a team geotracks train that crashes, and a nerf of nothing gun."
We went to my Grandma Smith's for Christmas Eve. But sadly took no pictures. What was I thinking?
Cookies and milk for Santa:)
Cash and Charley were very good this year! This is what our tree looked like after Santa left.
He looooved the cookies, and milk!
Charley got a shopping cart to go with the kitchen she got from Grandma Sue. She loads it up and pushes it all around the house.
She also got quite a few pairs of shoes, I just love those little tootsies in her high heeled dress ups
This picture pretty much sums up Charley's Christmas morning!
Cash got his "nerf or nothing" gun!
We had Christmas dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Laycocks. We opened more presents, and all got really spoiled.
On Christmas Sunday we went up to Grandpa Tom's and Grandma Leslie's for dinner and a party.

And last but not least, Charley's first time out. I put her on the "naughty chair" for hitting me or Cash. I can't really remember. She gave me this biggest, dirtiest look I have ever seen. So, I got out the camera, and this is the face she gave me! She really is such a sweet heart! Needless to say the "time out" didn't last long, I just can't resist her charm:)
We hope everyone had a VERY Merry Christmas, and we are excited to see what the New Year brings!
